We've recently finished some works to improve the property, repainting everywhere, kittting out the living room and extending the kitchen.
Alice and Dillion, two friends both working as Engineers moved in recently and we are now looking for 3 others.
The property is on a quiet road off Well St with short walks to both Victoria Park and London Fields. We are over two floors in a Victorian Mansion building.
Transport links are excellent with several stations and both night and day bus routes close by, Lidl is a few minutes walk away and the area is served with an abundance of supermarkets and places to eat and drink.
Of the three remaining rooms one is an en-suite, both this room and the larger of the two remaining bedrooms could accommodate desks if you were working from home. I can only offer the ensuite until February currently. The owner has agreed that the previous tenant can move back in at this time.
