We have a great double room to rent in a relaxed, friendly, sociable house in Tooting Bec. It has recently been refurbished so is in good condition. The room has a double bed with Ottoman under-bed storage, built in wardrobe and bedside table.

There are two bathrooms both with power showers in the house, a kitchen and a large living room with Sky and an HDTV, so it’s ideal for having a bite to eat, a glass of wine and watching TV with your flatmates at the end of the day. The kitchen contains a gas hob, large fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wooden flooring throughout. There is also a small balcony next to the living room.

There is a cleaner who comes weekly and the house has super-fast unlimited fibre optic broadband, perfect for watching Netflix or iPlayer.

Tooting Bec tube station (Northern line) is five minutes walk away. The flat overlooks the large Tooting Bec Common if you want to get a bit of nature. There are two gyms nearby, Tooting Bec athletics track & gym is 3 minutes walk from the flat and Fitness First is right next to Tooting Bec tube station.

There are many local bars and restaurants nearby if you like to go out in the evening and a quick bus or tube into Clapham gets you to some of the best bars in London.

25 minutes to Leicester Square
35 minutes to Canary Wharf
5 minutes to all the bars and restaurants of Clapham.
