Room in a Shared House, Thirsk Road, SE25

Hello!

I'm Amanda and I have a double room available in my house in SE25. At the moment my partner Hugh and I live here but we are looking for someone to come and share our home with us :)

We are both young(ish) creatives (30)- I'm a Baker and Hugh is a Graphic Designer + Illustrator.

We are looking for someone to stay with us ideally for the next 6 months to a year but this can be discussed. We are a pretty chilled couple but as I run a small cake business from home, someone with good hygiene/cleanliness + likes cakes would be preferred!

We are a sociable couple but understand the need for privacy. The occasional shared meal together would be nice but no pressure. We have an open plan living room + dining room and a small garden if you're a smoker or just crave some outdoor space.

If you would like to know a little more about us or the house please let me know. We are currently holdings viewings as looking for someone to move in asap!

Norwood Junction Station - 15-20 minute walk/5 minute bus journey on the 130. 12 minute fast train to London Bridge/Overground into East London

Thornton Heath Station - 8-10 minute walk. 25 minute train to London Victoria. 3 stops to Balham Underground for Northern line

468 bus- 10 minute journey into either Croydon Town Centre/West Norwood

25 minute drive to Brixton for bars, restaurants and Victoria Line

20 minute walk/8 minute drive to Crystal Palace for the park, cafes, pubs, vintage shopping and Everyman cinema

A little bit about the house itself-

It's a 3 bedroom house, there are two floors- upstairs consists of our bedroom, your room and a spare room/office with a spare bed for guests.

Downstairs has an open plan living room + dining room with a kitchen, bathroom, a lean-to conservatory space and small patio garden.

A parking permit can be applied for parking directly outside the house.

This house has been in my family for many years and is very well loved. Any issues (should they arise) would be dealt with directly and as quickly as possible.
