We have 1 double room available in our 4 bedroom house. 10 minutes from Stratford station, 5 minutes from Maryland station. There is an upper floor with 1 bathroom - your room will be on the upper floor - and a ground floor with 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a back garden for barbecue.
We are Italian (3 of us work in the hospitality and myself I'm an account manager). We are very friendly, we like football and watching TV together in our living room.
We are looking for a clean and tidy person that respects house rules. Smoking is not permitted inside the house - you can use the garden.
The room is £650 all bills included. We require 1 month deposit + 1 month in advance.
The house is in Stratford Area where there is plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops and the Westfield Shopping Centre. Stratford is also well connected to Central London and Canary Wharf
