TENANCY

I’m moving out of my lovely shared 3 bedroom house in West Hampstead to move in with my boyfriend so I’m looking for a female young professional to take over my bedroom until the contract breaks in December 2024. Very flexible move in date; any time before the start of September. A deposit will be required, as well as the ability to pass any referencing and right to rent checks requested by the estate agent - annual salary over £38,500 needed. No couples and no pets allowed unfortunately!

AREA

West Hampstead is a lovely area with lots of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and gyms nearby. The house has great transport links and is a 2 minute walk from West Hampstead Thameslink station and a 4 minute walk from the West Hampstead Overground and Jubilee stations.

HOUSE

The house itself was newly renovated in 2023 and has been fully furnished by us. The room is a light, spacious, double bedroom with large built in wardrobes and storage. Whilst the rest of the house will be furnished for you, the bedroom can either be unfurnished or furnished at your request (this will include a double bed, mattress and bedside tables).

The house has 3 double bedrooms, a large fully-fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, large fridge / freezer and separate fridge. The living and dining room space is comfortable and furnished with a dining table, sofa, armchair and TV. There are also 2 showers, 2 toilets, an outdoor terrace with bistro seating, eaves storage and a study. The study will be available for you to work from home up to 2 days per week if needed (these days will need to be coordinated with the other girls as there are only two work stations in the study).

HOUSE SHARE

You’ll be living with 2 other very friendly female young professionals (aged 27 and 28). Both have lived and worked in London for several years, one in fashion and one in product marketing. During the week they like to socialise together, chilling and watching Netflix. At the weekend, they enjoy spending time with friends and exploring the city. Being clean and tidy is also important to them. They’re very welcoming and would love to meet you if you’re interested!
