Streatham Common station is 0.2 mile walk, there are trains every 10 minutes to Victoria and London Bridge. The Underground(Balham station) is one stop away, the house is very conveniently connected.

There is a parking space at the front of the house, also plenty of off street parking. If you cycle, then you can store your bike in the back garden!
