Room in a Shared House, Stradella Road, SE24

We are planning on spending more time away as our kids are more independent and so have a few spare spacious rooms to let to clean, tidy, wholesome professionals.  The rooms are all furnished and you can even choose items to suit your taste and we will try to accommodate you.  Our primary goal is to create a happy home for all and where everybody respects each other and respects the property. Excellent references are required.

The house is always kept in good decorative order and we have a cleaner plus a maintenance guy to help out as required. 

Please note that we are a non-smoking household with allergies to pets, so non-smokers without pets only.

Rents will include all bills and wifi, subject to fair usage of heating and electricity.  

We have a lovely low maintenance garden that is green and flowery all year round.

Parking on the road is first come first served with and has a CPZ with charges for parking at lunchtime.
