The house is located a short bus ride to Blackhorse Road Tube Station. It is also close to the A406, M11 and M25.

Property
It consist of a 3 bed house with a kitchen which leads into open conservatory into garden. There is a park just around the corner which is excellent for morning walks. For longer walks or cycling or running by the beautiful canals and open fields of Walthamstow Marshes and Wetlands.
There is an off road parking in front of the house.
Room
The double room furnished with a double bed, and a chest of draws and a huge wardrobe, perfect for storage.

The nearest tube stations are Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Central Tube Station. Bus 158 and W11 serve to Blackhorse Tube. W15 to Walthamstow Central Tube.

The biggest Sainsbury’s in the country is just by a short bus ride unless you prefer to walk. The local Co-Op is just around the corner.
