Made up of 40 rooms you will be sharing this property with 39 other like-minded guardians once the property is fully occupied. Spread out among 3 floors you will be sharing 3 kitchens, 6 bathrooms, 6 WC and 3 communal spaces.

Rooms range from £490 - £550 PCM including bills EX WIFI

Sadly we will not be accepting couples into 1 bedroom at this property, if you wish to move in as a couple you will need to take 2 bedrooms.


We are a property guardian company and becoming a guardian with us you will sign a monthly license agreement, making you a licensee- not a tenant. As a guardian your notice period is a minimum of 28 days, you can serve your notice to quit with us too and you will have 28 days to leave. Please note all guardians moving into this property need to be on a licence agreement and accepted by us.

If you are eager to move into a room we will require:

- A scanned copy of your passport
- A previous landlord reference
- A reference from your current employer
- A scanned copy of three months past bank statement

To secure the room we require:

- An £800 damage security payment (deposit)
