We think this house is ideal if you are looking for modern style co-living accommodation in a quiet part of town. You're in a quiet, residential spot, just a few minutes' walk from local shops, restaurants, and a park.

We have massive double rooms available in this spacious house on St John’s Avenue, a lovely & quiet residential road in Harlesden!

The house offers a fully equipped and spacious kitchen dinner, 2 bathrooms with bath & shower, separate toilet, as well as a spacious garden area to enjoy when the sun comes out!

2. ROOM DETAILS

We have massive double rooms available in our house in Harlesden! Rooms are fully furnished to a great standard and contain a double bed & mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

3. COST

• Rental cost for the room is £825

• ONLY A ONE WEEK DEPOSIT & RESERVATION FEE AND YOUR FIRST MONTH’s RENT!!
  

• The monthly rent is collected on 1st of each month via direct debit.

4. BILLS & CLEANING

All bills, council tax, water, gas, electricity and fibre optic broadband are included in the monthly licence fee. There are no hidden costs, the monthly rental figure is all you pay.

The communal areas are also cleaned every two weeks at no extra cost.

During the summer months the front garden and back patio will also be maintained.

5. HOUSE FACILITIES

Top priority - the house has super fast fibre optic broadband!!

The house also has a fully equipped kitchen dinner as well as fridge/freezers, oven and plenty of kitchen cupboards for storage. There is also a breakfast bench which seats 6 people and creates the perfect environment for your co-living experience.

The house has two bathrooms - one shower room and one shower over bath - and a separate toilet.

Outside there is a spacious back garden, which is perfect for BBQs and enjoying the hot summer evenings!

6. TRANSPORT

The house is a 15 minute walk to both Harlesden and Willesden Junction Overground & Bakerloo line stations which are in Zones 2/3 with only a 20 minute ride into central Euston! The house is also a 5 minute walk to Harlesden High Street which is well connected with bus services to Central Middlesex Hospital and Central London.

Harlesden is a major transport hub and is one of London’s best connected neighbourhoods.

7. LOCATION

Harlesden is one of the most diverse areas in London and was the home of British reggae in the sixties.

Harlesden is on the Harrow Road between Kensal Green and Wembley, with Willesden Green to the North and Shepherds Bush to the South. Harlesden is considered a great option for those who don’t want to pay the high rental prices in Queens Park and Kensal Green!

The house is also walking distance from Roundwood Park which is fantastic open space that hosts many events during the summer months.
