I'm a live-in landlord who's looking for 2 lodgers to share a large and spacious house with all bills included(Electricity, gas, water, broadband).

I will be away and travelling for work most days of the week and will be around the property for a few days each month.

I am looking for lodgers who are:

• Friendly
• Clean
• Respectful
• Looking to take good care of the property
• Vaccinated

There are a total of 2 rooms to be let:

• Bedroom 2 comes in a package with a spacious office where you will have the entire first floor to yourself (£800/month).

The kitchen is joined to a conservatory with access to a balcony with a beautiful multi-level garden which are communal areas.

The property is situated a minute away from the Winn's Common.

The deposit for each of the rooms will be 1 month of rent, if there is little deliberate damage to the property, this can be your last month rent.


Transport Links:

• 5 minute away from local bus stop which can take you to Woolwich Arsenal where there is the DLR and Crossrail which will be open later this year.
• 10-15 mins walk to Plumstead Station which gives great access to London Bridge/Kent

The property is very large and I could rent it out to more lodgers, but this would degrade the living quality of everyone living there. I prefer to have lodgers who are happy and enjoy living here, who would like to stay longer so I can spend less time searching for lodgers.
