Prices:

£1,100pcm. First and last month’s rent to be paid at start of contract instead as well as initial security deposit of £253 to reserve room. One-off council tax fee of £150 to be paid. Utility bills all included in price. Cleaner of common areas (kitchen and dining) fortnightly included in price.

All working professional tenants who are friendly, likeminded people. Not a party house, but social. Aged in their 20s and 30s.
