I have a bright sunny double room, with a lovely big window to rent in my 3 bedroomed flat in South Norwood/Selhurst.

The room comes furnished with a double-bed and a wardrobe.(TV not included)

You will have shared access to the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. No garden, but plenty of parks and open spaces in close proximity to property.

With excellent Transport links to 3 train stations (Selhurst, Norwood Junction and Thornton Heath) all reachable within 5-15 of doorstep, Central London in 30mins - Various bus routes 5 minutes away.

Parking on road can be tricky as road can be very busy, no permit required.

Local shops - Sainsbury's & Aldi (5minutes walk) Tesco & Iceland (15mins).

Wi-Fi and Bills Included,

Ideally looking for a non-smoker, but you are welcome to smoke in your room if you follow certain stipulations.

Looking for someone not too noisy and respectful of house rules

Must be employed. preferably not self-employed, although this can be discussed, working from home for a maximum of 2 days a week is acceptable.
