Double room for single person in shared flat - £795 per month for first 6 months, then £900 per month afterwards, (I am moving away for work and need someone to replace me so cover the difference for the 6 month contract). Deposit is 5 weeks rent (£1038): viewings over this coming week!

The room is in a 3 bedroom flat 5 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Tube (Zone 2, Central line).

Kitchen facilities include a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven with hob, and microwave.

The flat is based on Roman Road with excellent transport links including 24/7 buses with Bethnal Green Underground (Central line) 5 minutes walk away. There is easy access to Stratford, Oxford Circus and Liverpool Street. You are a short walk away from the bars, cafes and restaurants of Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Hackney. Parks close by include Bethnal Green Gardens and Victoria Park.

Costs

The monthly cost is inclusive of all bills including council tax/wifi/gas/electric/water.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent, and rent would refresh the 30th of the month.
