Please note this is a house shared with men and women with different ages and from different ethnicities, if this is a issue for you do not contact us. We are all clean, tidy, calm and respectful and we are looking for the same for another person to join us.

We have private rooms available for “one person” In a shared house with shared shower room, shared bathroom and shared kitchen.

Rooms available from (£800 “Discounted price” prices are for “one person”) (it will be £200 extra rent costs for Couple). (Do NOT waste our time to contact us, telling us that you want to pay £800 or less for couple! you will just be blocked). It’s very important all Guests can afford to pay their rent on the due date without any delay or any excuses. The price for £800 includes all bills except for (council tax) this is the responsibility of the guest to pay their own council tax and you would need to agree to this in the terms and conditions. The above prices are discounted and those are the best prices for the quality and condition of the property, this is a bargain! if you’re looking for cheap price look at other properties that are not to the high standards of our property when it comes to Quality, Cleanliness and Safety!

Note to all, we are only looking for respectful, polite and calm people who follow “house rules” You would need to “agree and confirm” after we send you the “house rules” you must read and accept and confirm to follow the house rules. If this is not for you, do not contact us. (Some of those house rules include, Slippers are worn in the house, No shoes allowed, No house visits, Keep the areas that you use clean and tidy as you found it. If you can’t follow simple house rules like this do NOT contact us, those are the requests of the guests already staying at the property and we all need to respect this).

We would prefer people for long-term stay but short-term considered. It’s not a place for children and there is no other visits allowed so you cannot bring anyone to the house. Video viewing on WhatsApp can be arranged or viewing in person. The property is within walking distance to train stations, bus stops outside the main road of the property, walking distance to local shops, food shopping centres, gym, parks, post office, etc. If you drive there is also free parking on the main road.

All cooking equipment with appliances is provided in the kitchen and all bedding provided in the room. Wi-Fi available.
House cleaning is done around 2 times a week. All Guests are responsible to clean their own room.
