The local shops and cafes of Crouch End are a short walk in one direction and the entrance to Finsbury Park is a short walk in the other direction. Haringey train station is a very short walk and Finsbury Park station is a walk through the park. Bills are not included in the rent and are £200 per month.  Parking is available on the street and is permit controlled for 1 hour each day midweek but a resident permit can be organised if needed. Housing benefit is OK. Smoking not permitted (only outside).
