The property has just be decorated.  There are two types of rooms available.  One a large double bedroom.  There is also another room made up of two single rooms with sliding door between rooms.  The property has a large kitchen and a garden with a dinning area.  There is a newly fitted bathroom with two toilets in the property.  
The  property has central heating however not all bedrooms are double glazed, something to be done in the near future.  The maximum number of tenants will be no more than two unconnected persons.
