5 minute walk to the Northern line, approximately 30 minutes into central London.

The room is £400 per month + £100 covering 2024 rates for council tax (Band D), wifi, toilet paper, general cleaning products and a cleaner. The price for Electricity, Gas and Water fluctuates based on usage/time of year.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, drawers, and shelves, and there is a private hallway and cupboard directly outside the room that would be yours to use for storage and hanging clothes.

We have a shared living room and an outdoor garden and patio area which can be used for barbecues in the summer. There is only one bathroom.

We have a great landlord who is always very responsive if we need anything for the house. The deposit is £432.67 and will be held with TDS (tenancy deposit protection scheme).

The rental agency requires you to provide the following or a guarantor (Please note the guarantor must be a UK homeowner and related to the guarantee/applicant).

1. Employment reference of at least one year
2. Tenancy reference of at least one year
3. Last three months' bank statement showing out-going rent payments and incoming salary payments
