There are 3 double bedrooms.
There is one main bathroom with separate shower, bath, toilet and a Siemens washing machine and Miele tumble dryer. There is also a downstairs toilet and shower. There is a lounge/ dining area with double doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with Neff oven, Neff induction hob, Neff microwave, Miele dishwasher, new LG American fridge/freezer (n.b. the photo' shows the previous fridge/freezer), Rangemaster wine fridge and Quooker instant hot water tap.
Pets are welcome. The garden is fully enclosed, so safe for pets or children.
The house is close to the tube (Elephant & Castle and Borough) and mainline stations (Elephant & Castle and London Bridge). Buses in the area are fantastic and it is very easy and quick to get to Waterloo etc.There is residents’ parking immediately outside and always more than enough space to park in the same street! There are lots of shops, banks and restaurants within walking distance and Bermondsey Street is literally just a few minutes walk away with an amazing range of restaurants. 
There is one tenant remaining in the master bedroom (existing tenancy expires in September) and there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 and 3 available to let. Updated photos are awaited for bedrooms 2 and 3.
