We have an amazing double room to rent in a newly refurbished, modern, friendly house share in Shepherd's Bush. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a modern bathroom with a bath and shower.

There is a large kitchen and living room with a gas hob, fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and large 40” flatscreen TV. Perfect for having a glass of wine, a bite to eat and maybe watching TV with other flatmates at the end of the day.

The house has super-fast unlimited fibre optic broadband ideal for watching Netflix or iPlayer.

There is a beautiful roof terrace with a barbecue, ideal for a few drinks outside in summer. There is a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

The house is ten minutes walk to Shepherd's Bush, Shepherd's Bush Market and White City stations. Ten minutes walk to all the shops, cafes and restaurants you could need at the massive Westfield shopping centre and around Shepherd’s Bush Green, which is great if you like to go for a nice meal out once in a while. There is a leisure centre nearby with a pool and gym, and a park and supermarket five minutes away, and loads of cafes, pubs and shops on the main road.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, super fast fibre broadband, council tax, TV licence and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
