A house in prime location of Barking Road, 3 minutes walk from Canning Town Station, Very close to Canary Wharf, the Millennium Dome, City Airport, O2 Arena, The Emirates Sky Cart and so forth. The property also features a large car park in back side of the property with Star Lane Park. The car park requires a residents parking permit that can be applied for by the Neham Borough Council. There is a large bathroom on the top floor with a bath, toilet and shower facility within. Also a small shower room and toilet on the ground floor. There is no washing machine in the property and the kitchen has a gas cooker with one cupboard allocated to each of the 8 rooms. There is a tall shared fridge/freezer in the kitchen. The garden is fairly small with a canopy for anyone wanting to smoke it is strictly outdoors only. The property is a none smoking home so anyone caught smoking inside the premises will immediately be given a notice to evict the property. There is also a fixed BBQ in the garden. The front driveway is not available for the tenants as its allocated for the landlord and maintenance and cleaners as and when they visit the property. 

The larger rooms can be shared by 2 people however the 3 single bed rooms can not have 2 occupants. The rent must be via a standing order and straight into the bank on a monthly basis. The contract will be renewable every 12 months. The land lord has the right to be able to visit the property and randomly carry out spot checks to make sure the occupants are not mistreating the rooms or the furnishings within their rooms.
