Hi! I'm moving abroad for work and need someone to take my rent, either for a three-month sub-let, a 12-month occupancy or for the rest of our contract until August 2025.
This includes two fully furnished bedroom-sized rooms (I use one as an office), plus a bathroom with shower and bath. Basically you get a whole wing of the house to yourself.
You'll be sharing with three long-term friends, sociable on the weekends but pretty quiet during the week due to working hours/seeing girlfriends etc. Right near the Common, Northern line, shops, pubs, restaurants etc. I'm very sad to be leaving!
Move in from first week of April. I'd ideally like to leave some stuff in the house for while I'm away, including TV, screens and bookcase + books (you're welcome to use/read them, for free!).
