The Flat:

Flat C (top floor), which is above both A (ground) and B (middle).

A bright, spacious, clean and beautiful flat in an excellent location. The flat has a master bathroom with bath and shower, a second spare toilet next door to this and a third bathroom (en-suite) upstairs. The flat would suit 3 friends or like-minded, tidy professionals since this is not a party flat and we expect it to be cared for as if it were your own (shoes off policy, no smoking inside etc). Our neighbours in both Flat A and B are lovely and we are looking for like-minded, friendly tenants to join the household.

The flat boasts high ceilings with constant light flowing in from both the open plan kitchen/lounge and a large window in the hall. The kitchen and lounge has a social yet relaxing vibe. You can put a TV if you wish but TV license is excluded and you will need to organise between yourselves. The kitchen is recently new; washing machine, fridge, freezer and high storage space. Carpets are less than a year old.

The Area:

The building is located in the middle of the street and up takes you to the vibrant Queens Park with Bakerloo Line less than 10 minute walk away. Down the street you can take the bus to Victoria (6) or to Chelsea (328) or enjoy a stroll over to Portobello Road (30 mins walk). Little Venice isn’t far with the gorgeous canal, and Paddington with the new Elizabeth Line taking you to Heathrow in less than an hour.

Details:

We ask to write a brief description of yourself (age, profession, when you’re looking to move etc). You will pay one month rent and one month deposit. One months’ notice is required to move out. The flat will be ready to rent in May. I will hold viewings twice per week. No pets.
