Double room available for one female in clean, quiet, well looked after, Victorian terraced house situated in a lovely road 5 mins from central Brixton. Would suit quiet person who likes their own space. Victoria Line; Brixton main line station; and 14 bus routes 5-7 minutes walk away. Oxford Circus 11 minutes on the Victoria Line with trains every minute. Large room has two windows and overlooks well kept flowered garden which is beautiful in the summer with afternoon sun. Shared (with 2 others) large kitchen/living area with washing machine, oven, microwave and Smart TV. Bathroom is next to advertised room and shared with the ONE other female lodger only. If you like a quiet space to relax in whilst having friendly interactions in shared spaces, this would suit you. Strictly no smoking. Please do not apply if you are a smoker either inside or away from the house. I have my own bathroom and living area and seldom use the kitchen.
