The House: Very clean & tidy, sharing a large eat-in kitchen/breakfast room, has washing machine, dish washer, 2x microwaves, 4x ovens, 4x fridge/freezers, Gas cooker, lots pots pans & usual dining utensils that we all share, dining table & great storage for everyone.

Living room, 2x long sofas & TV with freeview & Netflix. Direct access onto cute covered patio garden

4x Bathrooms on 3 floors

Sharing with 3x singles & 1x couple, who are all working professionals.
Friendly considerate easy going & flexible.
We work all day & when at home just relax.
We like to catch-up with each other in the evenings.

From UK Poland Romania Indonesia & Ireland. Quite an international bunch.
All work in professional rolls.
We are looking for a single housemate that enjoys a quiet life but is also up for socialising in the evening or weekends

Trains from Lewisham direct London Bridge (8 mins) Cannon street (18 mins) Victoria (24 mins) Charring Cross (16 mins) Waterloo (12 mins)

Buses. Direct to central London (24 hours) with over 30 routes & 8 night buses.

DLR. Direct, Bank-, Canary Wharf-, Stratford-, Tower Bridge -, London City Airport & Tower Hill, run every 2-5mins.

New Gym with swimming pool 4 mins walk away & 3 other gyms all within 10 mins walk.

Tesco, Asda & Sainsbury's at the end of our road,

Lewisham town centre is 7 mins walk with indoor Mall & 7-day open air market.

In opposite direction is New Cross (20min walk) With Goldsmiths & Lewisham Colleges, student pubs, nightclubs & general arty student types.

Beautiful blackheath is 15min walk.

Hilly fields park 10 mins walk has rolling hills & fab cafe at its centre plus great pub on the way back
