• Lots of local food shops
• For the smokers, there's also a kiosk a 3-4 min walk away which sells loose cigarettes and the uncle is very sweet (felt like it could be a great incentive to add lol xD)

Everyone besides me is a working professional and all of them are SUPER sweet. The house is managed by a current tenant who is extremely helpful and you won’t have to deal with the landlord directly!!!
