Room in a Shared House, London, E5

We have a double room in our family house (all adults). It’s a quiet area and the room is located on the top floor. There’s also another room on that floor and a bathroom. We have a kitchen, and another toilet on the ground floor. Two other rooms are located on the first floor. You would live on the same floor (top) where my younger son lives. He enjoys GYM and he is also busy with his studies. 
We are friendly and professional also we’re busy with our lives.
The postcode is E5 0HD so the location could be checked. Homerton station is 15 min. of walking. Bus stop - 1-2 min. Parks, canal are nearby.
We have cats which are kept downstairs (I clean twice per day) If you’re not against the pets you’re welcome to contact me.
