Room in a Shared House, London, E4

Bright master double room for rent in Chingford. This room is my favourite as it gets a lot of sunshine in it (although the photos were taken on a gloomy day).  

Everyone who stays there falls in love with how peaceful it is due to surrounding nature. The front of the house has views of a reservoir (which is the view from the room currently on offer).

You can reach London Liverpool Street in 25 mins from Chingford station and the station is a 10 minute bus ride (the bus stops right outside the house). There’s also another bus service which connects you to Walthamstow Central where you can catch the Victoria line.

I stay at the property some weekends weekends. The other house mate (until June 2024) is a professional male. 

Professional references will be requested so please be ready to hand. 

One month’s deposit payable. All bills, including broadband and council tax, are included. Note that this property does not have a TV licence so if you would like to watch TV on your laptop you will need to pay for the TV licence. 

Rent is stated on the basis of a single person renting the room. Where you are a married couple, an extra £250 will be payable per month. Related couples also welcome to apply e.g siblings sharing a room.  

Only cats permitted. 

This is a quiet household so please do not apply if you intend to hold regular noisy events. No smokers.
