The live-in landlords have children (3 in total with ages ranging from 13 months to 9 years old) who will be living in the house.

Religious & cultural considerations

The live-in landlords do not consume or store non-halal food or other materials in the house. This rule must be followed by anyone wishing to rent the room.

Non-smoking/ drinking strictly

Female strongly preferred as the children find unknown men intimidating.
