Seeking new tenant/tenants for a large double room on a private loft floor with full ensuite bathroom + bath. 700pcm inclusive of all bills except electric which is split with other tenants. Located in Blackheath SE3, London. Kitchen shared with two professionals. Non smoking, no pets.  The room is large enough to comfortably accommodate a couple.  My previous tenants were there three years and left last month after buying their own home.
Furniture included.  Double bed with high quality mattress, wardrobe, shelves and desk.  Some of this can be put into storage if you have your own stuff.  The eaves offer a lot of storage in the upstairs space.
Easy access to essential amenities.  5 minute walk from the supermarket.  Easy access to central London via fast trains. (15 mins to London Bridge, 18 to Waterloo/Charing Cross) 25 mins to London Victoria.  Choice of three different train stations within a few mins walk.  (Blackheath, Lee and Hither Green)
Blackheath is a great place to live, full of french patisseries, boutiques, coffee and cake shops, restaurants bars and pubs within an easy walk. There's a new bookshop, a musical conservatoire and the heath itself as well as Greenwich Park in walking distance.
The place has always had a fun creative professional vibe with previous tenants including writers, musicians, a ballet dancer and many others.  It has always been a warm and friendly place to live.
