Looking for a nice couple or individual to rent a lovely master bedroom. The house simply is a great place to live and relax. We've been here for a few years and it has everything you'll need.

ABOUT THE HOUSE :
It’s a large Victorian, modernly-furnished, 3-bedroom, 2-bathrooms with garden.

Large cozy living room where you can relax on the couch by the fireplace watching Netflix or listening to vinyl. There is also a comfy sofa bed for visitors.

The kitchen is massive, modern and opens out into the garden. It’s equipped with an impressive 5 hob gas cooker with 2 ovens and grill, washing mashing, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboards. We've bought a lot of cooking gadgets and utensils while living here. The kitchen also has an additional dining area with beautiful table and chairs.

The glass doors open out onto a wonderfully green garden full of life. Fruit trees (yummy jams), herbs, flowers, cut grass, garden furniture, lounger, night lights, open fire place, gym area (squat rack with weights) and green house for more plants.

At the bottom of the garden is a large, heated, damp proof outbuilding. We use it as an exercise room, music studio, craft area and there is plenty of room for storage.

The house has 2 bathrooms with toilets, the upstairs has a bath and the downstairs has a proper shower with instant hot water.

The master bedroom is large and airy with 2 big windows overlooking the front garden, a white carpet and traditional fireplace.

We have a cute cat who wanders around the garden and house and sometimes asks for belly rubs.

The room comes furnished but can be unfurnished if needs be.

Smoking is permitted outside.

Bills come to roughly £80 p/month each , which includes all utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi.

There is free on-street parking for 1 car registered to the house. We have great neighbours who help keep an eye on the house while we’re away and a super relationship with our landlord.

ABOUT THE AREA:
We really love living in Forest Gate! The street is so quiet, away from busy roads and traffic noise. Our neighbours are lovely and helpful and there is a huge Wanstead Flats park right beside us.
We're only 3 stops from Liverpool Street and 2 stops from Stratford (Elizabeth Line). Another overground station is 6 min walk away.
We've got a few funky coffee shops and bars around, an organic market on Saturdays and plenty of grocery stores.

ABOUT US:

We're both professionals in our 30's, easy going & friendly. Aidan comes from Ireland and Agyness from Poland. We’re often busy with work but like to chill in the garden or watch movies but are also not afraid to head out to a gig or meet friends for drinks. We like to keep the house clean and live environmentally friendly.
