Room in a Shared House, House, SE12

I am a 30 years old professional, I love socialising, travelling, theatres, light activities and brunches, happy to share these hobbies and fun experiences but, equally I love my own space and tranquility. I love music anything I can dance/vibe to. Overall, I’m very easy to get along with and respectful to all and i can adapt to pretty much any environment. I’m looking for someone to share my home with, that have similar traits.
 

Disclosure: respectful of the household and others you share it with in addition to cleanliness and hygiene is an absolute must.

•3 Double bedrooms, 2 of those for rent in a terraced house
•Front and back garden
• South east London location, in the beautiful leafy, Lee green
• Free parking
• 7 min walk to station
• Trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Waterloo
• Quiet area with no through road
• Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Lidl, 5 min drive
•Plenty artisans within walking distance
•15 minute walk from the famous black Heath village
•Home, to one of the most long established pubs and ranked as the communities favourite is, The lord north brook

Can be flexible with price and all bills included!
Pets can be considered but this will reflect in the price
