Available from the beginning of May 2024, although we are flexible with the move in dates, in the Harlesden area, is one large room that comes entirely furnished. We are currently looking for a new tenant for 13A Selllons Avenue.

Presently, the property is occupied by six tenants and two lovely furry friends. Ideally, we are looking for a tenant who can commit to a 6 month stay. The rent is set at £900. The room has a working fireplace, couch, bed, and a closet. There are a total of 2 large communal washrooms at the property. The house has a large modern kitchen, with two freezers, a fridge and a dishwasher.

The house is conveniently located, just a 5-10 minute walk from Willesden Junction station, and there are 3-4 bus stops in the vicinity for easy transportation options. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
