I have a double room available for a minimum 6 months tenancy (ideally 12 months rolling), from 4th August 2021 onwards, but also optional to join till maximum 1st September.
It is a large room, fully furnished, very warm and cosy, with a big built-in wardrobe. The room has 2 decent size windows that allow plenty of natural light inside. There is a queen size bed and the floor is carpeted. Monthly rent will be £725 plus bills.
The apartment is well conserved (15 years), very spacious and fully furnished, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and 2 rooms in total. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has shower and bath. There is also a big garden with a lawn and a shed. This space is perfect for Spring/Summer activities.
The flat is in the Docklands area, near Canning Town (the area is very quiet and friendly). Some information about the area and position as follows:
- 5 minutes walk to Custom House DLR Station
- 15 minutes walk to Canning Town Station on the Jubilee Line
- 2 stops to Canning Town on the DLR (Zone 2) and a few stops to Stratford station and Canary Wharf
- Near Excel Exhibition centre and O2 arena
- 10 minutes to Thames River and Emirates air cable car (area by the Thames/Excel with plenty of nice restaurants)
- 2 minutes walk to Nisa and 10 minutes’ walk to Tesco (also option of 10 minutes cycle to big Asda and Lidl)
- 5 minutes walk to big park area
