Hello potential Flatmate,

We are 3 professionals all working in the hospitality industry (sales, corporate reception and front office). We have been friends for some time and are looking for someone to join the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of our household. The ideal flat mate will be tidy and respectful, and would be welcome to join us for a glass of wine or dinner all together when our busy London schedules allow. We are looking for someone who will take care of the house, and unfortunately we can’t accept smokers (or anyone looking to smoke indoors).

We have an amazing Victorian House that we are very proud of living in just waiting for you.

The spacious double would come furnished, but if you have anything you would like to bring with you this is flexible.
The rent is 700£ single or 800£ for a couple plus bills. (Bills are considerably cheap 50£ ish/month ).
The area is very convenient to live, there are many supermarkets (less than 3 minutes walking), cinema, library, theatre, gym, GP, restaurants, pubs and cafes.
Besides all the amazing perks mentioned above, we also have a train station on the other side of the street, literally, amazing I know right ? (West Norwood Starion), Tulse Hill Station is waking distance as well.
If you fancy sports, there’s a big park to jog close by, Brockwell Park.
