I'm Carlo, I'm an engineer who lives in alovely maisonette flat in Bow, very close to Roman Road market and Victoria Parkwith Joni and Flo my lovely flatmates.

The flat is very nice, thelocation is great and well connected and we have a great relationship with thelandlord. The landlord cares about maintaining the house nice and he recentlyrefurbished the property. There is NO agency, we deal directly with the landlord.

The flat has a spacious and bright living roomand a large open space kitchen. There is also a porch at the front of the flatand a garden at the back

I’m moving out from my large double bedroom,. The room comes with a chest of drawers.

- Large double room: ithas a large built-in wardrobe and looks out over the garden, £640pcm (it comeswith some shelves and a chest of drawers too, no bed).
- Bills are about £100 per month

The flat is 10 minutes walk from the tubestations: Mile End, Bow Road and Bow Church. It is also a few minutes from mainbus routes and a large Tesco is just a minute away on Roman Road market. Thereare lots of coffee shops and excellent pubs around here, and we could go for atrip to the pub at the end of the week, or even just chill out enjoying some tvor BBQs in the summer.

From Mile End and Bow (5-10 mins by walk), youcan very easily take the coach to Stansted Airport.
