Sadly, both of my fabulous housemates are moving on, which means there are TWO gorgeous double rooms becoming available in this beautiful, canal-side haven! The house is ideally situated right on the canal in a gated community next to Haggerston Park. 5 minutes' walk from Broadway Market/ London Fields, 10 minutes' walk from Columbia Road and well-connected by bus and Overground.

Both rooms come with own bed, desk, chair, bedside table, wardrobe, standing mirror and view of, either, our lovely gated courtyard and garden or the serene canal. There is a lot of storage space, as the beds have built-in drawers and the wardrobes are massive. The house also has plenty of storage. Each room is big enough for a desk to WFH. One room has a fully renovated ensuite and the shared bathroom has also been fully renovated. The ensuite room is £1300/ mo and the middle room is £1200/ mo.

My name is Alahna and I've lived in the house for 4 years and would happily stay forever, ha. I'm a 32yo, female, fulltime Fitness Coach. I'm very friendly, liberal, clean and tidy and I'm looking for two other similar ladies/NBs (or an extremely clean, tidy, respectful guy) to join me in the house. I love spending time outdoors, travelling, trying new London restaurants, a day festival (Victoria Park festivals are right down the canal!), walking around my neighbourhood and going out with friends and reading everyone's astrology charts.

At home, I enjoy my 'Me' time and occassionally hanging out with the housemates in our living room for wine and chats or drinks on the deck in the warmer weather.

Ideally, I'm looking for two girls of similar age, or one girl and one respectful guy to join. I really love the calm oasis and beautiful space that's been created and would like for open-minded, clean and chill people to join the vibe.

Very clean and tidy is a must. No couples/pets/smokers unfortunately. But plants/crystals/tequila welcome and encouraged 😊

Bills fluctuate, but are usually around £140 a month all inclusive. Council Tax Band E. We are changing to an agency, so I need to confirm the deposits for each room, but they are about 5 weeks' rent.

The room will become available mid/end May 2024 and rent, deposit and references would need to be provided prior.
