Room in a Shared House, Freke Road, SW11

Our fantastic lodger of 4 years recently left so we are looking for a great person to replace her.

We have recently redecorated the room and updated all the furniture. The room has a desk in case a home working space is needed. The room has a TV so the new lodger can be independent and private if needed.

I work from home so I use the living room as my office so this space is not part of the house share. The kitchen has ample space for eating and socialising.

Our home is a two-storey, attractive, and well-maintained Victorian house and has a cozy and beautiful backyard with secure bicycle storage. Shared rooms include the kitchen with a breakfast bar, a lovely bathroom and our precious garden!

The bedroom is a large double on the 1st floor at the back of the property, with a garden view. It has a desk and a chair in addition to the bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. Plenty of storage.

The house is occupied by a couple plus our lovely and friendly Miniature Schnauzer, Miley, making a total of three with you (plus Miley).

The rent includes water/sewage charges, Council Tax, Electricity/gas and M350 Broadband.

We are 1 min walking to bus stop (Cedars Road), 5 min walking to Clapham Common, 10 min walking to Clapham Common Station/Clapham High Street, 15 min walking to Clapham Junction (ASDA, Lidl, Boots) and just 5 min walking to Sainsburys Local, Tesco Express and Co-op.

We are a friendly, quite, relaxed couple looking for someone to share our home but also provide a space for their own privacy. The room is for non-smokers. No parties.
