Close to High St, supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants, High Barnet tube, buses and walking distance to New Barnet overground. The area is well connected with tube and rail transport into Finsbury Park, Kings Cross and Moorgate and plenty of buses too. The house is 8 walk minutes from the tube and close to local green spaces. Parking outside house with on street residents permit (Barnet area C) with no issues finding a space.

Comfortable, modern kitchen diner plus shared lounge area. Kitchen has modern appliances and equipment dual oven, microwave, hob. washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a main bathroom / shower / WC and a separate WC on the ground floor.

The house is large and so never feels crowded. The set up is a share of three single rooms presently two professional males. The people here work in education and marketing sectors and this would suit someone suitably self sufficient in employment or post graduate student.
