Room in a Shared House, Ewald Road, SW6

4-bed house looking for a new housemate to take the top floor room, which is a double en-suite (photos shown in ad of room and private bathroom/shower).

We are currently 1 girl, 2 guys and have a preference for a new girl move in to make it 2 and 2. Super sociable house, all professionals working in the city, 1 or 2 days working from home a week.

We're pretty chilled early in the week, socialise more later in the weeks. We tend to do house dinners Mon-Thu (each take a day to cook, others clean up!), which works well for us but not obliged to join in.

Room available from 3 June 2024, though can be flexible. Also flexible on furniture currently within the room whether the room comes furnished or not.

£1,450pcm + bills of around £150-200pcm depending on energy bills in winter vs. summer, and this includes the cost of a cleaner to keep the house tidy. Not an auction, it's a flat price.
