You would find it hard to get a bigger living room than this at this price point. The kitchen is equipped with all the bells and whistles as one would expect - microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a big refrigerator and freezer.

Your would be sharing the house with two other professionals working in London, who enjoy travelling and have busy social lives.

The place is treated as the 'home' therefore it's only fair and important for the new person to treat it the same way.

Location

The house is stone-throw away from the Maida Vale underground station connecting you to places like Oxford Circus in less than 20 minutes, together with access to a variety of bus routes (night buses as well). There are lots of cafes / restaurants nearby with Paddington Recreation Ground offering several activities such as tennis, gym, race track, hockey, etc., a minute walk away. Little Venice is walking distance away for those long canalside walks. Basic amenities are in plenty including a 24 hour Tesco, cinema, dry cleaners, off licence shops, nearby.

Other important aspects

The bills are not included in the price and they cost about £150 (approximate) a month - less in summer months and more in winter months.

We're looking for a long term flatmate for at least a years stay who doesn't consider this as a party place.

There are no agency fees involved, however you'd be required to go through the relevant checks providing proof of employment and income, references, etc.
