The room is in a beautiful two storey Victorian terraced house on an extremely quiet cul de sac. It is well looked after so we are looking for someone who will treat it as such.
The bedroom available is very large with stripped floorboards . The bed is double and there's a good amount of free standing storage. There is an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower, loo and sink. It benefits from natural light as it has two large windows. 

Housemates share the kitchen (with all mod cons) and a sunny communal room backing onto a beautiful garden. There is fibre optic broadband and a fortnightly cleaner. All bills are extra and total £110 approximately depending on the number of tenants.

The street is conveniently close to the Victoria, Northern lines and British Rail, all within 5/10 minutes. It is a short walking distance to Clapham High street or Brixton with its bars, shops and restaurants.

Currently there is one other housemate. The landlady stays very occasionally when working in London. 
We are looking for someone who is are mature and responsible who will do their fair share of clearing up and keeping the house tidy.
