We're renting out a room in our beautiful, light-filled apartment just 5 minutes away from Bethnal Green Tube station to get the central line and 5 mins away from Cambridge Heath to get the Overground. We have a bunch of convenience stores 5 minutes away! (large Coop, Sainsburys, Chemist, even a butcher...).

The room is medium-sized, it comes with a double bed and in-built storage (both a wardrobe and some extra bits!) and has a chest of drawers which will be replaced by the landlord for a desk. The apartment is lovely, there is a large living room and a great kitchen, fully equipped with a Smeg oven, a dishwasher and even a washer-dryer. We have a beautiful sun-filled balcony, and the flat gets light all day, we're also super close to Vicky Park (5min walk!) and have bike storage upfront. If you have a car, there is parking in front of the flat (you would need to pay an extra for that). Also, we have a large attic is very useful for suitcase storage.

You'll be living with two girls, Julie is French and 31, works in environmental marketing and loves traveling and exploring, I'm 28, Argentine and studying Comparative Literature whilst I work as a photographer. We both like cooking, watching films and having a drink now and then, we both are keen on doing stuff together but also keep to ourselves and respect personal space. We're looking for someone whose open minded and keen to share, whilst also has their own thing going on.

The bills come up to £68 including internet, tv, council tax (£42) and water (the landlord pays for the heating and hot water which is great!) and we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks and which we pay £25 for each month.

The price is discounted now due to the pandemic until November (which is when the contract ends). It is normally £675 pounds (+ the bills mentioned above). There will be a £700 damage deposit.
