We accept only couples here, not a single occupancy. The property is just 7 min walk away from a DLR station (London City Airport stop) and with good bus connections in the area. 

All house mates are full time working professionals, so the ideal candidate should be friendly & positive to share the house with, someone respectful and who would help to keep the common areas tidy & organised. 

Included in the rent: all the utility bills (gas, water, heating, council tax etc), fast wifi, house cleaner service every few weeks for the common areas. And there are no hidden charges, no admin fees, no extra payments.
