Sharing flat with PATRICIA - a spanish/english girl in early thirties. Looking for female only housemate that is looking for a quiet, tidy, and friendly home.

Currently there is a desk as well, so you can work from home in there easily (current desk might not be available).

Living space: an open-plan kitchen / reception room, roof terrace and a balcony that captures lots of morning sun. You can grow plenty of flowers and vegetables here. The living area is benefiting from a new carpet and new furnishings, making this room extremely comfortable. 

The kitchen has lots of storage, with a fridge and a washing machine.). Plenty of space for two people to cook in. 
There is one bathroom and a hall space, which includes an airing cupboard (that we have a clothes rack inside) and a storage cupboard. There is also a fitted bookshelf.

Bicycle storage too.

Location: In terms of location, it is perfect. You are off the road situated on the Arsenal Podium, with a concierge, so you are secure. You are a few minutes walk away from Holloway and Arsenal station on the Piccadilly line, Drayton Park on National Rail (perfect for Moorgate/Bank/Liverpool Street), and ten minutes walk from Highbury & Islington and Finsbury Park on the Victoria Line. If you want restaurants or bars, the Angel is right around the corner.

Future tenants will need to be in full employment and willing to accept the flat as furnished.  References required.
