Very easy going and friendly household but politeness and respect of privacy for other housemates essential at all times. Ideal for NHS Lewisham Hospital staff, professional or student. Very sorry but strictly No Pets.

Tenancy start date subject to satisfactory "Right to Rent" documents, rent credit score, DBS, and reference checks, overseen by 3rd party referencing-agency (minimum 2 days lead time). Keys subject to signed tenancy agreement and one month’s deposit and one month’s rent paid by bank transfer on or before move-in day, then rent paid by monthly standing order thereafter. Deposit is managed via an approved government rent deposit scheme.

Holding deposit required, and this either offsets first rent payment, or is refundable if landlord chooses to not rent, e. g. if reference checks return unsatisfactory. A rent guarantor may be required if the referencing-agency determines this is nessesary.
