Forest gate station 6 min walk - Only 4 mins on TFL rail to Stratford and 12 mins to Liverpool Street. Also Wanstead Park Overground is only a 2 min walk from the house.

Large Victorian house, living room, dining room, big kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a big garden ! Which is perfect for summer bbq’s. There’s also a big park down the road.

Rented from a private landlord, so no agency fees! Only your first months rent and deposit (one month rent). Landlord lives nearby and super helpful with any problems. He will need your references and proof of work/that you can live in the uk.

Preferably looking for longer term tenants as contract is usually a year, although this may be flexible with the current situation.

Bills are separate but just £38 a month per person, this is for council tax and water. Gas/Electric we have a smart meter so take it in turns to top up £40 at a time, over spring/summer/and into autumn it only needs topping up one a month, so you’re only pay every 4 months.

We don’t have WiFi anymore as we all have unlimited data here. 

Current house mates:

3x Girls (Kristina - me, Sara and Giulia) in our later 20s, work in different professions in the city/central London. We’ve known each other a few years and get on really well in the house.

We each take it in turns to clean the house once a week in the communal areas.
