Hello all, We have a peaceful and well connected double room in a three story garden house. Available for Monday - Thursday/Friday let only. 2 - 4 nights per week.
Available from the start of July onwards.
Located off tree lined Camberwell Grove, vibrant Peckham and close to tranquil Denmark Hill.
Light filled space, in in a calm, active and homely house sharing with myself and Tim, in our thirties.
The room has its own storage and under bed storage.
The let is for a part time week day lodger for 3 months minimum, rolling after that (6 - 12 months also works). Open to 2 - 4 nights per week, seasonal short term / academic term times or a few nights per week. A bit of flex on rent depending how many nights / your stays.
£650 per month.

I enjoy trail runs, tennis and theatre. I work as an actor and in education. We're an easy going, calm, sporty and caring house.
