Hi, we have a double bedroom becoming available in our shared house in Streatham on 1 April as I’ll be moving in with a friend.

The room comes with:
- double bed
- desk and chair
- large wardrobe
- chest of drawers
- bedside tables

It has large windows so is very bright, spacious, and comfortable to work from home.

There is also a shared living room where you can watch tv and socialise, as well as a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, multiple fridges, two toilets, a garden, and another room with a washing machine. If you own a bike, there is space to keep it indoors. Housemates are late twenties to early thirties, friendly, and happy to have a chat in communal areas but also respect your personal space.

In terms of location and travel, the house is well connected:
- 7 minute walk to Streatham Hill station for southern rail
- 10 minute bus to Brixton for victoria line every few minutes
- 6 minute bus to Tulse Hill for Thameslink to Blackfriars, Farringdon, etc.

For grocery shopping, there is a Sainsbury’s about 5 min walk as well as a Co-op.

The house is council tax band F.
