Gorgeous Bright spacious en-suite room in beautiful Ealing Broadway house.

Sadly I have to relocate from London for work so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Move in date can be flexible, I’m happy to leave by the end of May, beginning of June.

The property is managed by a professional company so you will have to prove employment.

A bit about the house. It’s a huge 5 bedroom house, 2 bathroom, 1 down stairs toilet and laundry room. My room is an en-suite on the top floor. The kitchen/ living space is open plan with a dining area leading into the garden. The house is just off the high street and is within a 10 minute walk to both Ealing Broadway station and West Ealing station so great travel links. There’s so many shops and restaurants in walking distance it’s really my favourite area I’ve lived in.

The house mates are all professionals. Currently 2 girls and 3 boys. Everyone’s tidy and friendly. We tend to keep ourselves to ourselves but everyone’s happy to chat when you bump into one another.

All bills are included in the rent. It’s a must see. I’m happy to hold viewings they Will usually be held Fridays - Tuesdays as I’m away in the middle of week for work.

I am also happy to leave some of the furniture. Two bed side tables, the smaller drawers which are pictured separately and the cabinet under the bathroom sink. Room also comes with king size bed.
